I am an HCPC-registered Counselling Psychologist who provide psychological therapy to adults and young adults experiencing a wide range of emotional and psychological challenges. My passion is to work collaboratively to reflect on how past experiences, underlying patterns, and unconscious processes may shape your current thoughts, feelings, and relationships.

In my view, therapy is a safe and supportive space where we can explore life’s challenges together. I believe in the power of therapeutic work to bring about meaningful change and deepen our understanding of ourselves. In our sessions, I focus on each person’s unique needs, tailoring my approach so that it truly resonates with you. Therapy offers an opportunity to examine our inner world, mental processes, behaviour, and patterns, helping us determine whether they serve our wellbeing.

I provide a safe, reflective space for individuals seeking deeper understanding and long-term change through dynamic psychotherapy. Drawing on an integrative approach—incorporating psychoanalytic principles, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT), and mindfulness-based techniques—I tailor therapy to each client’s unique needs.

I work with adults and young adults using a dynamic, analytically informed approach, and I also offer parental counselling—either alongside therapy or as a standalone service. Where beneficial, I integrate cognitive behavioural strategies with a strong emphasis on mindfulness-based techniques to support and enhance each individual’s therapeutic journey.
